Our services are completely free for job seekers. Just come into one of our seven Chicagoland locations to fill out an application and ask about available positions.

Come in to one of our seven Chicagoland locations to fill out the pre-application or save time by filling it out online. Once this step is complete a Labor Temps employee will interview you to gauge what you are interested in and see if we can match your needs. After that, we have you fill out the complete application, administer a drug test as well as an I-9 verification.

Pay rates vary depending on the level of employee experience as well as the position one may be applying for. You can discuss pay rates with a Labor Temps employee during the application process.

It all depends on our client’s needs when you apply and the type of work you are looking for. If you are a qualified candidate and there is a position open that you are interested in, you can begin to work right away.

We do our best to explain the work you will be performing before heading out to a job, but you may get to a jobsite and find out that the work just isn’t for you. If you are not happy with the assignment you are placed on, please finish your shift and then give us a call so we can help you find something new and find a replacement for you. At Labor Temps we believe that communication is key.

Yes, many of our positions are temp-to-hire. Labor Temps employees have gone on to work their way up in the companies we initially placed them in to supervisory and management positions.
