Through this method of temporary staffing, our clients hire our workers on a temporary basis and have the option to hire those employees on a full time basis at the end of a pre-determined time period. This allows our clients to see exactly how the employee works, and to determine if he or she would be an asset to their permanent workforce. Temp to perm time frames typically are for 30, 60 or 90 days. If our client and our employee feel that their relationship is a good fit on both sides, our employee signs off with us and goes to their new employer with our blessing.
