They continuously act in the best interest of the customer, informing them of labor law changes that impact minimum wage, as well as introducing innovation into the organization like biometric time clocks, which has enabled them to more accurately track and report on contractor hours electronically.
Labor Temps has also been flexible as business needs change and flex and have been able to ramp up quickly for special projects.
This customer also said his Labor Temps account manager is always available and continuously checks in with him to ensure he’s got the right staff level and there are no issues or concerns that need to be addressed. “They provide superior customer service in every way,” he said. “I can call up the owner if I need to and he will proactively check in as well.
