Job Description:

Labor Temps, a dynamic and growing staffing company providing commercial staffing services is recruiting for On-Site Staffing Coordinators.  We are recruiting On-Site Staffing Coordinators for our clients in Chicago and the Chicago suburbs.  The On-site Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the day to day management of an hourly workforce in a manufacturing environment.  The goal of the On-site Staffing Coordinator is to ensure that the client is attaining business expectations.

The successful On-Site Staffing Coordinator candidate must have the following skills and abilities:

  • Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Demonstrate integrity, credibility and flexibility continuously so as to motivate others to do the same.
  • Training abilities to ensure that all personnel are properly trained in GMP procedures, good documentation practices and regulatory matters.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and Outlook
  • On-Site Coordinator candidates must be flexible with work schedules
  • Minimum of 2-4 years working in a manufacturing environment

Labor Temps is searching for a Recruiting Coordinator for the Chicago, IL area. We are looking for an individual that is enthusiastic and wants to grow with our company. In this fast paced full time position, you will have the opportunity to impact all levels of the organization. Responsibilities for the Recruiting Coordinator include but are not limited to:

  • Identify candidates for our clients, conducting interviews and orientations.
  • Skills testing candidates and screening to ensure the best qualified applicants are matched to the positions that suit them.
  • Entering job order and applicant information into our database on a daily basis.
  • Maintaining employee files and correspondence with clients and employees.
  • Recruiting, answering phones and managing walk-in applicants.
  • Confirmations of daily assignments.

Requirements for the Recruiting Coordinator include:

  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Must have computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent telephone and people skills are a must
  • Must have the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Staffing/Services experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
